The cellar of the Il Torcio restaurant seeks the union between the culinary tradition and the Italian wine tradition, which has distinguished itself over time as the cradle of genuine dishes and excellent vintages for the most indulgent palates. In addition to a wide choice of native and regional vines, we offer about twenty French labels selected mostly from Champagne and Crèmant, carefully stored and displayed. At Torcio we pay particular attention to the wine list, in order to offer you the best pairing experience with the dishes you choose.
We do it with the aim of always being able to offer you something new, giving great space to territoriality, and trying to make you discover even small realities that are the flower of Italian wine production. We do this with the aim of giving you a wine proposal that is not trivial, but a strong expression of identity and of the thought that moves our hands.
This intoxicating corner, enclosed within the restaurant, open throughout the year, masterfully completes each dish of the kitchen, accompanying our customers to an unforgettable culinary experience between tradition, taste and harmony.
